I started the program Monday using the iPhone app and am hooked already. I miss running! Okay, so it’s been like 10+ years (high school cross country) but now I don’t smoke (5 months on Saturday!) and it feels a lot easier. So yeah, go me! Gotta look into a 5K that I can run in about 8 weeks. Also still doing the 100 Pushups challenge (yup, another iPhone app), was up at 50+ a day a few weeks ago, dropped back down to 25, now I’m in the 30′s. I need upper body strength more than anything so I’m glad I’m keeping up with it.

My hiking the last few months has paid off, it really prepared me to get this far. Feels great to get out and m o v e. So get back on that horse, Erika! If I can do it, anyone can do it.
Way to go Maggs! You know what replenishes you faster than anything after a good run? You’d better since we’ve only talked about it 12 of the last 15 shows :)

No really, BEER! And thanks Frank, feels good to have worked my way up to this point. I usually jump right into things but I’m finally learning how to train and get what I want the right way without burning out.
