Since I’m not attending the Great American Beer Festival this year (but I did back in 2009), today marks a fun day of experimenting to figure out how to make my own GT Dave’s Grape Chia kombucha, my new love.
I’ve been brewing my own kombucha for 6+ months now, and thought hey! I could figure this out! So I stopped by Minglement, our super awesome natural food store on the island this morning and bought some lovely chia seeds in bulk. Let the experimenting begin!
